All Foils provides nickel foil and gauge sheet in alloy 201. Nickel 201 is one of the strongest forms of nickel, and is popular as a commercially pure metal. We also provide annealed temper in sheet and coil form. Popular applications for this product include batteries, cell phones, power generation, and solar & alternative energy.
Our carbon steel sheet and foil products are available in alloy 1008 and 1010. Both alloys are made with extruded manganese, which gives the products added formability in comparison to other alloys. We carry steel foil and light gauge sheet. These products are commonly used in industrial applications such as game boards, score boards, shielding, and surgical instruments.
Inconel® is a special super alloy family that is austenite nickel-chromium-based. We carry alloy 625 in annealed and full hard tempers. This oxidation and corrosion resistant material is used in heat exchange, aerospace applications, and in fin stock.
Brass foil is known for its variety of colors, ranging from a reddish brown to a silvery yellow. This variability and specific metallic properties make it popular in some unique applications: & crafts, musical instruments, and architecture being among the less standard. Brass foil can also be used for heat exchangers and fasteners.
Nickel foil tape is used in cryogenics, fabrication, die cut parts, building materials, automotive parts, and more. We carry this product in gauges ranging from .0007” to .005” and in adhesive thicknesses ranging from .001” to .005”.
Carbon steel is a cost-efficient alternative to traditional steel while offering similar properties. We carry carbon steel foil tape and light gauge sheet in alloys 1008 and 1010. The available gauges range from .002” to .020”.
Mylar® is a popular material valued for its electrical insulation, gas and aroma barrier properties, and high tensile strength. All Foils’ Mylar® products come in a .0005” gauge, up to 48” wide, and with a variety of core types.
