The City of Richardson provides a convenient method of starting new service through an online application. The entire process can be completed online and your deposit can be submitted by using an accepted credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express). If you would prefer to activate service in person or you need to pay by cash or check, visit the Water Customer Service Department Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (excluding holidays). For other ways to activate service, visit the Start New Service page. Simply choose the address you would like to start service on, enter some brief information and pay your deposit with a credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express). |
